ECI Learning Systems Announces New Fusion ProgramBy Fake Grape Marketing and Public Relations Dated: Sep 28, 2009 ECI’S Latest Service Offering Enhances Business’ Bottom Line
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sep 28, 2009 – Denver, CO – ECI Learning Systems today announced the release of their new Fusion program. The Fusion program is an exclusive professional development curriculum designed to teach success skills not often found in today’s workplace. The Fusion Program is a three-tiered series of interactive workshops taught in-house at corporations for groups of 15-25. These workshops focus on Teamwork, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Workplace Motivation. The proprietary Fusion program aims to align employee expectations, leadership style and corporate culture. Fusion program benefits include: increased productivity, employee retention, employee creativity, reduced recruiting costs and increased customer confidence.
“As employees progress through the Fusion program, they bring their organization into alignment with the three primary Fusion values and onto the fast track to higher profitability,” said Dave Meyer, Leadership Coach & Certified Behavioral Analyst. Meyer and Laurie Valaer, Success Skills Coach & Certified DiSC® Trainer, are currently on a national speaking tour of human resource conferences and corporations.
Valaer is certified in Assessing, Training, and Coaching Emotional Intelligence through CEO Partnership and is an Inscape Publishing Certified DiSC® Trainer. Valaer is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active coach training program. Valaer’s effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills have been fine-tuned through 15 years of professional software engineering experience in the defense industry. Through her work with Hughes Aircraft Company, Raytheon Company, and Lockheed Martin, Valaer gained valuable expertise in technical and personal mentoring, team management and organization, conflict resolution, interviewing, employee and customer training, and creating effective team interactions.
Meyer, a CTA Certified Coach, has also been certified by CEO Partnership in Assessing, Training, and Coaching Emotional Intelligence and is a Certified Behavioral Consultant specializing in the use of DISC® through the Institute for Motivational Living. Meyer combines his certifications with his technical and leadership experience in network construction, service provisioning, and billing operations for the telecom industry to provide professional development that is based on real world situations for real world leaders. As a former executive with MCI, Nextel, and XO Communications, Meyer witnessed how his own performance dramatically improved with an investment in personal development. He believes that this investment has a direct impact on the bottom line, through improved performance and reduced employee turnover.
Since 2002 Meyer has authored numerous articles that have been published in a variety of magazines and websites worldwide. He was also a contributing author to the popular book, Creating Workplace Community: Motivation, published in 2004.
