Executive Program

This program is tailored to the emerging leader, the newly promoted executive, or the seasoned executive who has taken on additional responsibilities. It will give you the tools to help you expand your thinking, provide you with new perspectives, and help you define success for you and your team, given your changing role.

Duration:                           Three Months

Number of Sessions:         9 (3 calls per month for 45 minutes each)

Program Includes:             1 DiSC® Classic 2Plus Profile, including:

                                               - "Approach to Managing" Report

                                               - "Relating to People & the Environment" Report

 

C-Level Program

This intensive program is designed for C-Level executives who are charged with company growth, must focus on bottom-line results, and find themselves searching for solutions to more and more complex business concerns every day. It involves building a relationship with a trusted advisor over a longer duration, allowing for more significant and longer term results.

Duration:                           Six Months

Number of Sessions:         18 (3 calls per month for 45 minutes each)

Program Includes:             1 DiSC® Classic 2Plus Profile, including:

                                               - "Approach to Managing" Report

                                               - "Relating to People & the Environment" Report

                                          1 Emotional Intelligence Profile
