The Connecting for Success, DiSC®-based communication course, is a prerequisite for any of our culture programs. And all programs incorporate follow-up tools and structured means of reinforcement — such as personal action plans, bite-sized refresher courses, or individual and group coaching — to ensure greater integration of newly learned skills.
Collaborative Workforce Series When a team learns to understand their roles, embrace their differences, trust one another, and work together toward a common goal, they can be enormously powerful. This program is specifically designed to maximize overall team communication and productivity, creating an engaged and highly collaborative workforce. Customized Culture Revitalization Program Based on the outcome of your Organizational 360º assessment, your program may fit in the Collaborative Workforce Series, Peak Performance Series, or ECI Learning Systems will recommend a custom series.
